Personal Profile: Siddhartha Roy
I am Final Year student of Chemical Engineering at Nirma University, India. I call myself an Indian rather than a Bengali coz it feels more whole (and also because of the beauty of my background: Roots: Bangladesh; Born: Karnal, Haryana; Native: Varanasi, UP and Brought up: Gujarat).
I am extremely passionate about Art. All art forms, in fact. Literature, Music, Motion pictures, Paintings, Sculptures, Animation, etc. I find Tehnological innovations in the 21st century a constant turn on and marvgel at the intricacies and limitless capacity of the human brain.
I don’t believe in any external Gods but have an undying faith on the Power within. The capacity of human beings is only limited by their beliefs and mindsets. And the least we can do (as we grow more aware) is to respect the Highest Authority ( the intellect, the creator and the lover) within and also in others.
The name ‘Siddhartha’ is famous because Gautama Buddha was originally Prince Siddhartha. The name means: ‘One who has accomplished his goal’. My maternal aunt chose that name. Albeit, I envy my sister’s name even more: Sharmistha.
I enjoy travelling, discussions, writing and exploring.

Good Siddharth, Please add more valuable picture and comments. I am first time to reply to a boy (?). Please try to understand our culture.
nice ramblings, zephyr really talks, now i know!
Well, when I look at what I have written above, I find the language childish and innocent. But am not gonna change it ‘coz its good to have checkposts from the past.. Cheers!
I found the childish words a bit stupid.. So am changing the page contents to a bit more suave and well-thought-of language..

Well, I should add what has happened in so long a time. Well, I am currently studying Chemical Engineering at NIRMA University, Ahmedabad, INDIA.
Pretty much has changed including looks, attitudes, work and much more.. But as you know, there is only one thing constant in life and that is CHANGE.
